A FEAST

It's been a few days, but sooo much has happened. Stake Conference was absolutely amazing on Sunday! Love our Stake Pres., and it was a special treat getting to hear Elder Snow, Sister Beck, Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, and President Packer. I learned loads. It was amazing being in a conference in which 500,000 people participated. Listening to the 20,000 or so who were in the Marriott Center with me brought tears to my eyes. You could feel the Spirit so strongly. Afterward, I had the opportunity to visit for a while with most of the members of the East Elders' Quorum. We have a really amazing one. Love all of them, even though I've only talked with a few of them for a 10 minutes or so! :) Yesterday was completely horrible due to sleep deprivation (LOL), but hiking the Y with my amazing FHE group made up for it. It took a long time, but it was definitely worth the trip. The view was brilliant. My roommate and I will be putting up some pictures.
Today was loads better. All of my classes went well and best of all, I got to listen to Robert D. Hales in the Marriott Center. Pretty awesome.

Anyway, my roommates and I have resolved that we're going to get to bed a lot earlier from now on. I want to write so much more and go into loads more detail, but I guess that'll have to wait.

Hmmm... Just decided that a quote of the day/poem of the day would be cool. So here goes.
" 'No Unhallowed Hand Can Stop The Work From Progressing', BUT inspired, faithful, charitable, hands can certainly speed it up."

I know that my Savior lives. I see the evidence of that every day as I see the sky, the clouds, the mountains, and all of God's Grand Creation. I feel his love for me with every breath I take. May I always express my gratitude for his redeeming my soul from death and misery.
